Our rental approach
Simple terms, respectfully managed.
We provide private-room housing for qualified adult residents. Each rental is governed by a written agreement that identifies the property, room, rent amount, payment schedule, move-in date, house expectations, and other applicable terms.
Our standard room-rental structure begins with a 12-week initial term and continues week-to-week afterward unless the signed agreement states otherwise.
Pay securely
Approved residents pay by ACH bank transfer. Bank information is collected securely through Stripe—not by text or email.

Residents receive a clear process for reporting routine, urgent, and emergency maintenance concerns.

Current residents should use the maintenance request process provided at move-in. Include the property, room, issue description, access preference, and photos when helpful.

Standard payment rhythm
Every two weeks
Your selected due day and exact rent amount will appear in your signed agreement and recurring invoice.
ACH payments may remain pending for several business days. A submitted payment is not treated as late while it is processing.
